Start and end of accommodation

Accommodation is possible only for persons who fill out the check-in form in the Alfred application.

The identification data from the identity document is entered by the provider into books of accommodated guests.

The provider reserves the right not to accommodate those who have not been notified in advance persons including children.

Pets can only be accommodated by prior arrangement with provider. 

Arrival is possible on the day of the start of the stay from 16:00, on the day at the end of the stay, the guest is obliged to vacate the room by 12:00. (After mutal agreemeent, it is possible to adjust the arrival and departure times.) If the departure time is not observed, the provider is entitled to charge the price for the next day´s accommodation.

The guest has the right to use an apartment with a kitchenette and sanitary facilities, also the space in front of the apartment, fireplace closest to the reserved apartment, reserved space for storage (second exterior door) and a parking space on the premises.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. If rule will be not followed, the provider is entiteled to charge the costs of removing the smell from the apartment. 

Between 22:00 and 6:00, the guest is obliged to observe the night curfew peace.

When leaving the apartment, the guest is obliged to turn off the lights, turn off electrical appliances except infra-heater, close water, close the windows and the door. 

In case of causing damage, the guest is obligated to pay for this damage. If the keys are lost, the guest fully pays all costs associated with changing of the locks.
